Tony Watt attended the University of Wyoming where he obtained a degree in Economics with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies and French literature. Upon graduation, Tony worked for a year as the senior legislative assistant to the legal counsel for Republican Whip, U.S. Senator Alan K. Simpson. Tony also worked for one year as an Admissions Counselor at the University of Wyoming.

     Tony entered government service in 1993 and served primarily in the Middle East. Tony served as CIA Chief of Station in South Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. Mr. Watt has significant experience in countries such as Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname.

     Mr. Watt retired from the US government in 2020 after 28 years of service and transitioned directing into MOSAIC.
