Tony Schiena, the CEO of MOSAIC, launched MOSAIC Federation in both the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Schiena co-founded MOSAIC Federation (UK) alongside Richard Martin, Deputy Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Force and the Metropolitan Police Service’s Senior Lead for Anti-Human Trafficking.

Additionally, Mr. Schiena co-founded MOSAIC Federation (US) alongside Sheriff Mike Brown. Sheriff Mike Brown is a retired Senior Special Agent who is currently directing a national task force dealing with the sexual exploitation of children over the internet for the Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
